CenterSignal is a Colorado-based, history-informed communications and public understanding practice founded by Phillip Yates, APR, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP. The firm helps civic projects, developers, economic development organizations, public-private partnerships, public agencies, conservation organizations, cultural institutions, nonprofits, and community-facing teams identify blind spots, prepare clearer public language, support responsible engagement, strengthen public understanding, and communicate with greater context and care.
